About Breakwater Cottage F

Our smallest cottage lives big. With a queen sized bed and a large sofa there are a lot of places for two people to sleep or sit. There's an electric fireplace to snuggle up with after a day at the beach or on a rainy day. Without a kitchen you get to take days off from cooking! There's a fridge, a microwave, and a Keurig coffee machine. A great way to wake up, snack throughout the day, and pop popcorn in the evening as you cuddle up for a movie. How much more relaxing can it get?

Do not let the small size full you, this place has plenty of space. Everything you need is at your fingertips.The property is spacious and the walk to the beach is flat and easy. I highly recommend this place and will be going back soon. – Eric

Looking for a place to settle in, settle down, and not have to do a thing? That's Cottage F here at Breakwater Inn. Read a book, play a game, and sleep with the sound of the coean in your ear.

These units are dog friendly, so feel free to bring Fido down to the coast with you! A dog fee per dog per day will apply. We even supply blankets for Fido. We are dog lovers, too.

There are lots of amenities here in the complex including pickleball, fire pit, beach access at Grayland State Park to the south and Ocean Spray Beach Resort to the north; both only a half mile away. Plus barbeque, clam guns, clam cleaning station, crab cookers, outdoor shower, and more to come.

About Grayland & Westport

Try to not tire yourself out at the resort too much, as the towns of Grayland and Westport have much to offer as well! There are many museums to visit (including the International Mermaid Museum), see how cranberries are grown, or walk through Westport and stop into the little shops for gifts or ice cream. If you'd rather hit the open water, join a whale watching tour or charter a fishing boat to test your luck and spin your tales!
