About Breakwater Cottage E

Welcome to our largest cottage. This bright and airy cottage is the first you come to when you pull into the resort. With room to sleep four and a little private front yard, this is a fantastic home away from home.

This cottage is exactly what the busy family will need. A kitchenette, a queen sized bed, queen sized sleeper sofa, and a separate room which would be a great office if a few phone calls or emails needed answering in between trips to the beach or into town for shopping at the little shops.

More About Breakwater Cottage E

With a full sized sink, four burner stove, toaster, and a small fridge, this cottage will help your family or friends make and clean a meal together easily. The cottage has all of the pots and pans you'd need for a good dinner. You could bring in food from a grocery store, or bring in seafood from the ocean right by the resort.

There's parking for one, and the cottage has all of the sheets, blankets, towels, and beach towels you'd want. So just come on down with your group and do nothing but have good meals and good times.

These units are dog friendly, so feel free to bring Fido down to the coast with you! A dog fee per dog per day will apply. We even supply blankets for Fido. We are dog lovers, too.

About Breakwater Inn Cottages & Condos

There are lots of amenities here in the complex including pickleball, fire pit, beach access at Grayland State Park to the south and Ocean Spray Beach Resort to the north; both only a half mile away. Plus barbeque, clam guns, clam cleaning station, crab cookers, outdoor shower, and more to come.

About Grayland & Westport

Try to not tire yourself out at the resort too much, as the towns of Grayland and Westport have much to offer as well! There are many museums to visit (including the International Mermaid Museum), see how cranberries are grown, or walk through Westport and stop into the little shops for gifts or ice cream. If you'd rather hit the open water, join a whale watching tour or charter a fishing boat to test your luck and spin your tales!
