About Breakwater's Bulfinch Condo

Bulfinch Condo is a bright corner unit. With many windows plus a large slider, you'll be able to relax in your room and still have unobstructed views of the coast around you. Or close it up for a private room to watch movies, play board games, sit and read a book or take a nap.

Cook your own meal on the four burner stove, and store snacks in the retro fridge this room sports. Rest in bed and look right out onto the dunes.

This condo is an updated space, with a comfortable couch and a large bed. The 3/4 bath behind the barn door has everything you'll need to wash off the beach.

Breakwater Inn provides beach towels, towels in the bathroom, plates, cutlery, sheets, blanket, a coffee maker, and more. Exactly what you'd expect to find in a home away from home. Bring your toothbrush, a great book, and plans to take in everything the area has to offer.

Why the name "Bulfinch Condo"?

When Captain Robert Gray first came into what is today known as Grays Harbor, he named it Bulfinch Harbor after one of the promoters of his trip, Charles Bulfinch of Boston, MA. Charles Bulfinch was the architect of the intermediate Capitol Dome after the war of 1812.

More About Breakwater's Bulfinch Condo

After a day at the beach, shopping in Westport, or out fishing, feel free to sit outside at the communal firepits, or grill up some dinner on one of the grills the property has.

These units are dog friendly, so feel free to bring Fido down to the coast with you! No more than two dogs, please, with our typical per dog, per night fee. We even supply blankets for Fido. We are dog lovers, too.

About Breakwater Inn Cottages & Condos

This intimate resort has been here for years, the well-kept secret of a select few guests who valued the peaceful, quiet environment and the nostalgic décor.

With nine crafty condos and five homey cottages, you and your family and friends can create the perfect getaway for yourselves. Need a place where you can host a good-sized group? Talk to us. Each cottage or condo can accommodate 2 to 6 people and, if an event space is needed, the Grayland Community Hall is less than a half mile from the property.

Each cottage and condo includes a kitchenette, with fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes and utensils, so it's easy to whip up breakfast for the group.

Beds are just right for diving into after a long day at the beach, enjoying a whale watching tour or exploring the shops and restaurants in nearby Westport.

Breakwater is a self-check in property. No manager is onsite, but staff are available by phone for service.

About Grayland & Westport

Try to not tire yourself out at the resort too much, as the towns of Grayland and Westport have much to offer as well! There are many museums to visit (including the International Mermaid Museum), see how cranberries are grown, or walk through Westport and stop into the little shops for gifts or ice cream. If you'd rather hit the open water, join a whale watching tour or charter a fishing boat to test your luck and spin your tales!
