About Breakwater Condo 9

Condo 9 (formerly Condo 15 until 3/23/23) is a large and airy room with views to the dunes. Open the slider and the front facing windows for an amazing ocean cross breeze. Relax on the four poster bed, or make a meal using the toaster and four burner stove. Want to bake fresh cookies for the ultimate combination of relaxing smells? Feel free! Everything you need to bake or cook is right in the kitchenette.

In addition to the four poster bed, there's a private bedroom at the front of the condo. Put a door between you and the kids!

If you'd like to sit out on the back stairs or at one of the communal picnic tables and just listen to the lack of city sounds around you, feel free to pop in a K-cup and let all your stresses just wash away on the nearby waves.

We have stayed up and down the Coast and Washington's Ocean Beaches. We fell in love with Breakwater Inn the first time we saw it! It is hands down the most comfortable and reasonable $$ cabins. The cabins have been renovated are so cute and pet friendly. – Shawna

More About Breakwater Condo 9

Feel free to cook up some crabs in the complex's crab cookers, sit by the fire pits, or dig up clams during the season! There's nothing like fresh seafood cooked on a grill the same day and not far from where it was taken out of the sea.

If you don't want dig yourself, there are places in town where you can get fresh seafood. Or maybe you prefer fishing, so a charter trip is what you'd like. Convenient to Westport, there's so much to enjoy. This unit has enough beds so that there's room for the whole family to fish, or several friends. Have a great time with room to stretch out in Condo 9.

These units are dog friendly, so feel free to bring Fido down to the coast with you! A dog fee per dog per day will apply. We even supply blankets for Fido. We are dog lovers, too.

About Breakwater Inn Cottages & Condos

There are lots of amenities here in the complex including pickleball, fire pit, beach access at Grayland State Park to the south and Ocean Spray Beach Resort to the north; both only a half mile away. Plus barbeque, clam guns, clam cleaning station, crab cookers, outdoor shower, and more to come.

About Grayland & Westport

Try to not tire yourself out at the resort too much, as the towns of Grayland and Westport have much to offer as well! There are many museums to visit (including the International Mermaid Museum), see how cranberries are grown, or walk through Westport and stop into the little shops for gifts or ice cream. If you'd rather hit the open water, join a whale watching tour or charter a fishing boat to test your luck and spin your tales!
