About Breakwater Condo 10

Condo 10 has everything a family or group of friends will need for a vacation along Washington's coast. There are bunk beds for the kids (or young at heart adults!), a separate bedroom with a queen sized bed, and a futon in the living room for extra sleeping. This condo can sleep up to to seven people comfortably. Clean, comfy linens and towels are supplied. This end unit has a bright red refridgerator, a four burner stove, a sink, and storage for snacks or the supplies you'll need to cook up a great dinner. Dishware, pots, pans, and everything you'd want to bring from home is already included. Or maybe you just want to make a salad inside and use one of the complex's grills to cook up something truly amazing.

These units are dog friendly, so feel free to bring Fido down to the coast with you! A dog fee per dog per day will apply. We even supply blankets for Fido. We are dog lovers, too.

There are lots of amenities here in the complex including pickleball, fire pit, beach access at Grayland State Park to the south and Ocean Spray Beach Resort to the north; both only a half mile away. Plus barbeque, clam guns, clam cleaning station, crab cookers, outdoor shower, and more to come.

About Grayland & Westport

Try to not tire yourself out at the resort too much, as the towns of Grayland and Westport have much to offer as well! There are many museums to visit (including the International Mermaid Museum), see how cranberries are grown, or walk through Westport and stop into the little shops for gifts or ice cream. If you'd rather hit the open water, join a whale watching tour or charter a fishing boat to test your luck and spin your tales!
