About Breakwater Condo 3

Condo 3 (formerly unit 9, changed on 3/23/23) lets you live large in a small space. Two large beds. A large table with six seats. Large kitchen with a large stove and oven. Large fridge. Large selection of board games. Large large large. Grab your family or a couple of friends and enjoy this condo by the sea. Everything you would need for your visit is here! Beach towels, dishware, forks, knives, spoons, even baking supplies. There are grills in the complex if you'd prefer to barbeque rather than cook. You can bring fish from your charter trip and cook them right in your own backyard.

All you need to do is bring your suitcase and food and move in for your stay!

More About Breakwater Condo 3

After a day at the beach, shopping in Westport, or out fishing, feel free to sit outside at the communal firepits, or enjoy the electric fireplace in Condo 3. You can watch the flames and listen to the beach, relaxing in your own condo.

These units are dog friendly, so feel free to bring Fido down to the coast with you! A dog fee per dog per day will apply. We even supply blankets for Fido. We are dog lovers, too.

About Breakwater Inn Cottages & Condos

There are lots of amenities here in the complex including pickleball, fire pit, beach access at Grayland State Park to the south and Ocean Spray Beach Resort to the north; both only a half mile away. Plus barbeque, clam guns, clam cleaning station, crab cookers, outdoor shower, and more to come.

About Grayland & Westport

Try to not tire yourself out at the resort too much, as the towns of Grayland and Westport have much to offer as well! There are many museums to visit (including the International Mermaid Museum), see how cranberries are grown, or walk through Westport and stop into the little shops for gifts or ice cream. If you'd rather hit the open water, join a whale watching tour or charter a fishing boat to test your luck and spin your tales!
